What is the return policy?

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all purchases are final.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please do not hesitate to email us at ohzingyskincare@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with clear photos of the issue.
We’ll review the case and work with you on a replacement or refund where appropriate.

When will I get my order?

All orders are shipped within 3–5 working days as our products are made in small batches.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation notification.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are handcrafted in Singapore in small batches.

While our ingredients are sourced globally, all formulation, production, and packing are done locally.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer a flat shipping rate of $8 for all orders.
If your order requires special handling or additional shipping fees, we’ll contact you before processing.
