Please review your order carefully before finalising your purchase, as we may not be able to modify or cancel orders after confirmation. If we need to cancel or amend your order, we will notify you using the contact details provided at checkout.

Prices are shown in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are subject to change without prior notice. The price charged at checkout is the final price, inclusive of any ongoing promotions or discounts.

We currently ship only within Singapore. All shipping times provided are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier, customs, or external events beyond our control.

Once your order has been dispatched, risk of loss and title for the products passes to you.

Our Services are powered by Shopify, a third-party e-commerce platform. All purchases and transactions are made directly with Oh Zingy!, not Shopify. Shopify is not responsible for your orders or purchases made through our site.

You expressly release Shopify from any liability arising out of your use of our Services or purchases from Oh Zingy!.
